Our Supplier Code of Conduct therefore forms the basis for a partnership and trusting cooperation with our suppliers. In addition, a guideline for dealing with conflict minerals has been established.

By this declaration of principles, we meet the requirements of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), which came into force on January 1, 2023. It documents the expectations we have of our employees and our suppliers regarding human rights and the environment. We view the consideration and fulfillment of these expectations as an essential part of our internal and external interactions that will help to secure the long-term success of our business.

For the shipment of small consignments in accordance with the DEUTZ shipping regulations, please use the DHL Express supplier portal, taking into account the agreed delivery terms (Incoterms).
